George, Not only do you provide a delicious and beautifully packaged product, but you always provide wonderful customer service. I cannot thank you enough for your assistance in helping me out, when I realized I was short 92 tins of toffee due to a miscommunication error on my part... your willingness to help me solve the problem on short notice was greatly appreciated. I don't know of many business owners who would deliver product to a client at 8:30 p.m. Your efforts to go the extra mile to help me out demonstrate how much you care about your customers.

For years I have given Nashville Toffee as my corporate gift to my clients. Recipients sure love your toffee; a surprising number have said it is the business gift they most look forward to receiving. So, I guess I better order some for myself! Seriously.
Replacement Shipment Success
I am happy to tell you the candy arrived about 15 minutes ago, in perfect shape. The tin was cool, and the dry ice was still ice. Thank you very much for your help. Your customer service was outstanding and I will let my daughter-in-law know how happy we are with your company; she already knows we love the candy!
So, I think the message is over-night shipping is the only safe way to ship to Florida, expensive though it is.
Although, since we just spoke. maybe more dry ice would do the trick. I relayed your message to my husband and he said how nice it is to run into folks who have good business principles and put them into practice! Again, many thanks.
